The most amazing and easiest pizza recipe ever

Anyway, I took a few photos cos #boliao and I thought I'd just share my easiest recipe for the best pizza dough ever.

Please this is so easy you can do it with one hand πŸ˜‚


Yeast (1 teaspoon)
Warm water (3/4 cup)
Flour (2cups)
Salt (1 pinch)

And that's all leh, super easy!!

Plus this is no knead and no rise. πŸ’― seriously the best recipe for lazy people.

First step is to activate the yeast, which means dumping it in warm water.

Do not put the yeast in a bowl and then putting HOT water in it first then topping up with room temp water cos….

The hot water kills the yeast and dead yeast = dead pizza

How do I know?

I learn from experience πŸ˜‚

Stir the mixture until it looks muddy and wait to see small bubbles form.

No bubbles = dead yeast = dead pizza

Again, from experience. Yeast don't live past their use by date πŸ˜‚

After that you just dump the muddy yeast mixture into the flour and salt mixture and you mix it with a spatula or if you Asian like me,

Use a rice scoop.

You know those plastic ones you use to scoop rice out of the rice cooker?

Yeah that! #thankyoumaangchi

It should look like this once you're done mixing.

Like shaggy dough

Or flaky dough

Or a mess πŸ˜‚

And then you knead it.

I KNOW I SAID YOU DON'T NEED TO KNEAD (haha such a punny mindfk)

But seriously, this kneading is nothing compared to when the recipe calls you knead for 10 minutes – 30 minutes.



Then you roll it into a ball and leave it alone for like 5 minutes.

If you want to wait, you can wait for it to double in size.

I usually use this time to chop up my toppings or go grocery shopping for toppings like I did today πŸ˜‚

But if you cannot wait, just use it now. Seriously no difference in taste.

Just that it's easier to stretch out dough that's been sitting around!!

Btw, to convert dough into pizza base, you just stretch it out.

No need for rolling pin.

No need to be round.

Just flatten the round dough into a circle disk and start to push it out from the middle. Daniel likes to make the center thicker but I don't care. I just want to spread it out.

Fingerprint marks are ok and actually make the crust look cute.

My crusts are often square πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Btw you don't have to use like special sauce πŸ˜‚ or make sauce πŸ˜‚

There was once I used tomato ketchup πŸ˜‚ and it was still delicious.

But my choice of sauces are often BBQ sauce πŸ˜‰ or jarred tomato sauce with honey!

When I was on a diet, I didn't put any sauce. Still delicious.

Omg just look at how much air there is in this crust.

Btw this dough is super duper versatile! Thick parts are soft and fluffy and thin parts are super crispy.
